週末從家裡走路去台北車站，在監察院前面等紅綠燈時沒事拿起相機在照監察院，突然一個外國人問我說：
阿多仔：Excuse me, what is this building?
偶：...ㄟㄟㄟ...sorry I can't explain.(馬的書到用時方恨少!)
阿多仔：Is it one of goverment's building?
偶：Oh yes it's one of goverment's building.
阿多仔：It's a beautiful building.
..........(沈默)..........
偶：This building is to decide the budget of the goverment.
(公民沒學好，審預算應該是立法院，監察院審計部負責審決算XD)
And this building was made by Japanese.
阿多仔：During WWII?
偶：Yes!!!(幹殖民地的英文怎麼說XD)
